Do you offer a warranty?

We’ve got you covered with a lifetime warranty on scratches that don’t affect the structure of your frames.

If you spot any issues, just snap a photo of the damage and send it to us along with your order number. We’ll take care of the rest!

Can I exchange the frame if it doesn’t suit me?

Yes, you can! If you find that the frame doesn’t suit you (size, shape, style preference), just send the glasses back and choose a frame that fits you better.

Can I change the lens color if it doesn't suit me?

Yes! You can swap the lens color within 7 days of receiving them if they don’t match what you ordered. Just let us know, and we’ll help you get the right color.

You can also swap your product for the same item or choose something else of equal or higher value—just cover the difference!

Can I exchange without coming to the store?

Absolutely! You can handle exchanges online by just contacting our Customer Service if you have the following documents:

EDC/Bank receipt
Purchase history for the related product

Do I need to send or bring the box/packaging for a return or exchange?

Yep, to claim a 7-day return or exchange, you’ll need to send it back in its original condition and packaging—except for the lifetime warranty.

Are there any extra costs if I want to exchange a product?

No extra cost if you’re swapping for the same product. But if you’re exchanging for something else, the price you paid for the original product is what counts. Feel free to check with our Customer Service for more details!
