Refund Policy
If you have any concerns about your order or would like to return an item to Vherkudara Store, please contact us first at support@vherkudarastore.com.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, however:
- If for any reason your goods are damaged upon receiving them, or they are not the correct products you ordered, we will exchange them with a replacement product of the same value.
- Please take a photo and contact us within 30 days of receiving the products, so we can arrange to exchange them with the correct products.
- Please do not dispose of the item(s) until we have exchanged them. To make your claim, please send us the following information: name, product details, proof of purchase (including order number), and details of the issue with the product.
- We will cover all shipping costs involved in replacing and exchanging incorrect or damaged goods.
We reserve the right to ask you to send back the products, whether they are damaged or incorrect, before we issue a replacement or exchange. To claim your out-of-pocket expenses for returning any products to us, please send any receipts for postage to the address listed below, or email a digital copy of the receipt to support@vherkudarastore.com.
Vherkudara Store provides this limited warranty.

Items returned without prior contact may not be properly identified, which may either prolong or nullify your refund. Any items shipped to an incorrect address due to failure to contact us for return information are not our responsibility to refund or reship. This also applies to products with free shipping.
If you wish to return products, they must be undamaged and unopened with the seal intact. Returned products will be fully inspected and evaluated before a refund is issued, minus the original shipping cost.
Please follow the exact directions provided by our customer service team in order for your refund to be received and processed appropriately and timely.

Non-Refundable Items: Vherkudara Store is not responsible for lost, stolen, mis-routed, or undelivered shipments, or those seized by customs.
Please note: If you provide us with an incomplete or incorrect shipping address and your parcel is delivered to the wrong address, unable to be delivered, or returned to us, a shipping fee will be required in order to resend your order.
