Lifetime Acetate Polish
LifeTime Acetate Polish Warranty is a special warranty for Vherkudara products that are made with acetate material.
Polishing service is FREE of charge.
Frame polishing can only be done on certain parts that can be reached.
Please contact Vherkudara CRM to do a consultation regarding frame damage.
We DO NOT guarantee perfect polish results like new, only mask minor scratches or defects on the frame.
Shipping costs are covered by the customer.
Processing time is 2-5 working days after we receive the eyewear.
Post it, Wear it, Return it
How to exchange vherkudara eyewear:
Post it Return it warranty is a frame exchange warranty service.
Valid for 7 days from the time the package is received by the customer.
Applies to frames (excluding lenses).
Frame exchange can be transferred to a frame with a smaller lens diameter (relocate lenses) and if the lenses are not compatible, you must purchase lenses / exchange frames only.
Charge applies if there is a difference in the price of the frame.
The shipping cost subsidy is 10,000 (the rest is covered by the customer).
Processing time is 2-5 working days after the eyewear arrives at Vherkudara.

Send the eyewear to be exchanged to this address: Vherkudara Eyewear Jl. STM Pembangunan no. 23F, Santren, Caturtunggal, Depok, Sleman, Yogyakarta, 55821
Service / replacement processing time is about 2-3 days after we receive the items.
Lens Size Warranty Includes:
Axis Cylinder Discrepancy with Prescription provided.
Size Discrepancy with the Prescription given.
Warranty Service for size mismatch / blurry etc. will only be served H+7 after the item arrives, for new lens customization.
Not included if the lens size is in accordance with the prescription given.
